Thank you so much for the replies guys>
My mum came down to look over my daughter for me and I had a psych ringing me and giving me an assessment over the phone. They thinkit might be bipolar (which Ive suspected for a short while now, i didnt even have to tell them that) so they have transfered me to anopther specialist for one to one sessions to see if I can get a diagnosis and keeping track of my medication. Ive had to get the family involved and tell them everything as I was a risk to myself, and they have bene really supportive. They have known something wasnt right for ages and have noticed ive been declining again this year.
I didnt mean to freak anyone out I just didnt know what to do, im feeling a little better now, but still absolutely exhausted :/ Thank you all again <3
