I've been tested for a learning disability but didn't think I was. " disabled" now that I'm newly on disability (3 weeks now) for schizoaffective/bipolar type and PTSD I have to check that box. And I'm ok with that. As said above, it disturbs your whole life so,yes. I have a disability.
