The only thing that seems like a red flag in my mind is that statement...unless you (or he) misspoke, he is literally saying you don't have the permission to say "no". And if that's true, he's not someone you'd want to be around.

Also, if it feels too good to be true, often it is...unfortunately. Maybe evaluate why you feel like it's too good to be true (as objectively as possible)
