I am not sure it is so much cannot tell right from wrong so much as it is more don't so much care what is right and wrong, may not be able to stop the behavior that one craves so much to appease the feelings on is having. It is a very challenging and confusing episodic time and even those that have experienced them that6 have been in therapy don't know all about them.
Not sure I can totally answer this as well 100% for what it is for you specifically. We all have certain traits of the disorder that resonate with each other, but then some things are kind of specific to each of us too.
