Wellbutrin can also be helpful for depression when taken on its own. It has a good anti-depressant effect for many without having to take an SSRI also. And Wellbutrin alone does not have the sexual side effects of SSRIs and also usually does not cause any weight gain. It sounds like you're doing well on Paxil, though, and I hope that continues.
