Nordic Naturals is a pretty good quality pill form.....but I have found that at stores like "Good Earth" then have a lot more choices & that is where I actually found the bottled fish oil.

Have heard that Krill oil is also good, but don't know how to translate that into what my pdoc suggested was the right combination.

Remember, it's the Omega-3 EPA that is what functions for the depression & anxiety......DHA is good for all the other heart, body, & mind health.
How do you take the 'liquid' form of it?
