Looking at some of the stuff that has been at the root of me hating myself has allowed me to see its mainly because of past circumstance, but again, that's only on good days. (Hugs)

Thanks MdngtRain, sometimes I can feel good about myself but when I don't it really affects my life, I don't do as well as I could because the negative feelings hold me back, Maybe I can talk to my therapist about it today
