I can't stop!! I try to so hard. I ate some cottage cheese today and felt that feeling of fullness. I tried to not do it. I know I need to eat something and keep it in.
Then I reason myself and tell myself, why not? You'll feel better.
Then I do it and I feel thin, but sometimes, in the morning after a long day of binging and purging, my throat really hurts and I hate it.
