I also think a good sleep schedule is one of the first things we should do if we want to get better. I used to sleep all day and be awake all night until i got married 17 years ago. my husband is a day person so if i wanted to see him i had to go by his schedule, and eventually i was able to switch to a day person too. I feel alot better this way, even though i have mental problems but they are no where near what it used to be like, and i also found out years ago i was suffering from sleep apnea and i sleep with a machine now too.
