For me I had fishy burps too and I found it was easier when I took the fish-oil with oatmeal or certain other foods.

I found the best improvement by taking 1200mg fish oil in the morning and before bed, with 1000 IU Vitamin D3 in it. I now take 1000mg fish oil with lemon-flavored casings but I don't feel as much improvement as I did with the 1200mg + Vitamin D3

What I found is that I woke up easier, fell asleep easier, felt more rested, and had more energy throughout the day. Having more energy throughout the day, and having more stable energy throughout the day really helped with anxiety and depression for me.

I would love to get a fish-oil supplement with Vitamin D in it again.
