Having a super period of Anxiety just before a race or competition is completely normal. Throwing up is completely normal. Going into an episode so strong isn’t obviously. But you know you have Anxiety issues and such anyhow. So none of that is surprising. But it almost seems like from the miscarriage, then the long fear of failing. And in a way working so hard and once again not being able to get to were you wanted to be. It’s almost like you developed some PTSD symptoms. And now every time you go back to something related to that long road to the marathon, anything related, it triggers your PTSD and causing loss of interest and more anxiety. I'm no doctor, but my wife suffers from some nasty PTSD and I watch her dealing with it and getting triggered all the time. It just seems so similar? Have you ever thought about that being the case?
