Don't have any real advice for you Coffee - only that I can totally relate to everything you have said...Sounds a whole lot like the way I feel or have felt
(I was reading some old journals I kept back in the late 80's the other night)
...it's just not easy at all.... Gotta hang in there --getting in touch with your spiritual side sounds like a good plan!!!!
