Is it the last couple of days or has it been every day for four months? If its every day for four months, there's something wrong and you need to tell your dr about it. You may still want to talk to your dr even if its been just a couple of days but you could be coming down with a stomach virus or it could be anxiety or not eating or drinking well. If it doesn't get better in a day or so or gets worse go to the dr.
