Soooo doing a 5 mile walk on Labor Day seems to have brought up a recurrence of plantar fasciitis (a really painful foot issue; it feels like an ice pick jabbing into the front of my heel every time I take a step. I first developed it at work--kind of an occupational hazard.) It was certainly fun working on my feet for 12 hours today...about as fun as a kick to the face with a steel-toed boot. ARGH!
