So foul and lurking

Jagged and spikey
Lacking soul eyes
My breath was my guide
Shadow illusion did fade
I check my body
Still here I'm ok
My breath became light
He stood by my sides
Golden and tall
My safety my guide
Swirling marble of secrets
He slowly revealed
The colors they swirled
You may fly up or stay here
He stood by me both sides
Patient and loving
The choice was mine
Making sure I'm still breathing
I decide to stay here
My breath as my anchor
So kind my protector
Lit up in gold
To find my own balance
Is my key that I hold.
