Once again, I know how that feels. it's so typical. people dont' always think when they call you.. It's like the person having a pc problem and you have to ask them if the computer is actually turned on. Too often I got the reply... "oh, no. Do you want me to turn it on?" I had the same reaction in my head as you did with your person. lol.. "no, idiot, I'll telepathically turn on your computer so we can figure out what's wrong"
