Sounds like you have a lot going on.
Have you talked to hubby about feeling like you are a burden? I think if you could get that cleared up you would feel a bit better.
How about grounding techniques? Do you have any in place? If not, at the top of the PTSD Forum there is a list (scroll down a bit) of things to help keep you in the "here and now."
Try to take it slow and easy. This is a tough time of year for all and maybe just the added stress is fueling the fire.
