sounds like symptoms of OCD. But not very serious. I doubt you would find medicaton very useful anyhow. OCD symptoms respond little to any medicaton. That kind of thoughts usually change or vanish in time. If it does not disturb your daily life, you needn't do anything. If you wish you can try to help yourself. There are loads of selfhelp books for this too. Or make up your own possibe solutions to ease the symptoms. But if the only reason to seek help is because this isn't exactly normal, it won't be needed. The symptoms you have are symptoms of anxiety. You can try to ease anxiety but you cant dispose it.
