These are things I have covered some in the Positive Outlooks chat and people are asking me to post them here so they can work on them and not have to write it all out.
These are activities that can be done and put in a book/journal/binder/etc. and shared with a Therapist if you would want to. Having these can be helpful when you are feeling down you can look at them. It also helps to help your brain think more positively.
