But good nutrition all the way around, taking everything you need to balance your system, will always remove some maladies and improve overall health. It's a good subject to invest time into learning about, imo.
Remember that the greater the deficiency the longer it will take to build it back up to an efficacious level.

I read about that too.. so i started taking a vit d supplement but i doesnt really seem to help- in fact- it
may make me a little more sluggish it seems- i'm absolutely clueless to why this is- also magnesium as well, has a weird effect on me- atleast the brand I tried
