I am sorry to hear about your heartbreak, WorkInProgress16. It's obvious you have very strong feelings towards this man and things have ended abruptly and without much of an explanation. That is no doubt disappointing, frustrating, and heartrending. Your pain is fresh and it will take time for you to find your way again. Please surround yourself with people that love you and can give you support right now. Many times our natural tendency is to isolate ourselves and while some alone time may be necessary, too much of it can be detrimental.
For now, recognize your feelings, be honest with yourself, don't try to suppress the pain. That will allow you work through it. When you feel up to it, explore your options and then make the best decisions for yourself. Remember, it takes time and patience with yourself but you are worth it and never forget that.
