I am meeting a psychiatrist this afternoon and i am so incredibly hopefull.If you could have seen how i looked just two days ago strapped to an ECG meter and having 2 litres of parvalex dripped through my veins over 36 hours then you would understand why.
I saw a therapist from crisis support yesterday and she got me an appointment so quickly because i am so desperate and willing for the help.
But unfortunatley you do have to be so honest and it is so hard getting all of these things out and it can be very emotional,i have so many issues ive kept so secret for so many years but they are all coming out today as i have suffered for far to long and i dont want the depression to hold me back anylonger.
So be strong and i will be thinking of you.
