I just had a great diverting experience -- hit the pool at my gym during my lunch. Very relaxing, and I also hit the whirlpool after and soaked in the heat.
I also some days do a quick 20 minute workout, either cardio or strength training.
I highly recommend exercise/working out as a great way to get away from the stress, as long as you use it a time to think the positive and not dwell on the bad past events.
