I do wish I had a cat to borrow. Not all cats are good mousers though, I think. What do you mean by things being contaminated? Do you mean that they are peeing besides pooping?

I don't have anything with food up there. There is a lot of loose, pink, fluffy insulation. Would they have any interest in that?
