I agree with everything said above, I can't afford a gym so I just do Epsom salt in my bathtub and do exercises on a mat. I also recommend meditating for 20 minutes a day, the closer you can get yourself to hypnosis the more relaxed you will be. Especially if you suffer from chronic pain, meditating and experiencing all the feelings you are currently having and accepting them as part of who you are really helps reduce the psychological and physical pain somehow. Maybe less stress = less pain?
