Has anyone ever tapered off Zoloft and at what rate of milligrams was the taper done and were there any side effects? I have tried to come off of the Zoloft five different times now in 12.5 mg increments, but I get these horrible side effects and have to stop at 75 mg (down from 200). What is the secret to coming off this stuff and not feeling so lousy and having to stay in bed? Thank you very much.
