i was told i likely have both, probably just to cover all bases. The bipolar aspect being Cyclothymic in nature (constant cycling without extreme highs and lows) though suggested that due to a manic period on prozac, it was an automatic Bipolar 2 diagnosis... this stuff tends to overlap a lot.
