I have tried many different medications and found Zyprexa and Abilify the most helpful. They are not 100% effective but close to it. Abilify has improved my concentration and motivation.

Zyprexa caused somnolence, hypotension and some weight gain. Abilify caused minor weight gain and stomach discomfort.

I find the newer antipsychotics have less side effects.
