I've been feeling terrible lately, I haven't stepped out my front door in days, I haven't even stepped out of my bedroom for more than half an hour, I look forward to sleeping and hate the thought of waking up, I'm avoiding my boyfriend and T because I don't want to socialise, I feel numb and just ugh.
I used to have a couple of things that made me feel better, (reading, writing, playing with my dog, etc), but now whatever I do just doesn't help anymore.
What makes you guys feel a bit better? Someone please share?
