I can't afford a doctor so I have no medical advice here, but I do know melatonin works sometimes, especially if you have been up for a few days. I am going through the same thing with sleeping. I seem to get restless right about the time anyone else would be wanting to go to sleep. some soft playing music also helps occasionally, just avoid listening to angry or sad music. That's all I got, I hope it helps!
