This is a topic I've never seen on here, but caught myself doing this yet again and am wondering if others do too.

Do you find yourself choosing or rejecting something based on its association with a particularly strong mood state? Example: Grabbing a shirt in the morning and stopping short, realizing that that was the shirt you were wearing on a recent strongly sui day, thinking.... hmmm, better not. Then choosing another. Because you really need to have a good day, and don't want to chance it.

This could take all kinds of different forms (a route to travel, a place, a food, an action outside of routine that you did or didn't do that particular day...) Or it might be driven by the opposite, where you view something as "lucky" because of its association.

It's certainly not a "bipolar thing", but, just curious...Is this something you find yourself doing??

(Incidentally, I don't pay mind to the "standard" superstitions, though I do heed certain routines/avoidances from my OCD.)
