so you did something on Saturday and now you do not feel you have had enough down time on the weekend to equip you to face another week at work. I know just how you feel. I am agoraphobic and I need to spend my entire weekend staying home doing nothing or I cant face my week either. I have two meetings to go to today and I am so stressed about the week ahead no having the whole weekend off so to speak. I started school recently and the extra time I spend in classes is really a stressor for me. I don't think I am going to make it. is there any way you can take some time off from work now and again if you cant go part time. just a day here and there? relieve some of the stress. that is what I do. I wish I could offer some way to cope, but I obviously don't have one....but I do understand what you are going thru and can tell you you are not alone. take care.
