As a definitely senior citizen now, I was of course never officially diagnosed but after taking the ADD/ADHD quiz and answering honestly to my best ability, I'm pretty sure that I've been suffering from this all my life and continue to do so.

I know that all through school my reports said things like "doesn't work up to capacity," and "Is easily distracted." Even now people get frustrated with me (and I do with myself) because I seem to be not paying attention or make stupid errors. Or they tell me one thing and I, seemingly on purpose, do the opposite. All my life people have called me stupid. I know it's often due to frustration rather than really thinking I'm stupid, but it affects me anyway.

People tell me, if you know you have this problem you should be extra careful. While that's true, I often don't realize what I've done until afterwards.

I look forward to hearing from others especially any controlling the symptoms naturally.
