You don't say if you have seen a psychiatrist or therapist. I would suggest seeing one soon. Whether you choose meds or counseling or both it would benficial to your moods and phobias. i used to see therapist.i took a treatment for depression for almost 3 years.but there were no results.so i dropped out of it.now things have reached such a stage that they interfere with my daily life.i have started looking bad due to lack of sleep and appetite. due to anxieties i have started smoking and boozing more.but when i look at these anxieties ,they all belong to my past.they have no relevance today.but still they keep haunting me day in and day out.how to break this cycle?
