I'm not feeling suicidal, I don't want to die, but I feel like hurting myself.

I have sudden impulsive urges to swallow lots of my medication which involves anti-psychotics and anti-depressants. I have 120 pills in total.

I doubt I'll take action, but I wanted to vent this anyway.

Sometimes I get these urges, I don't know why and it's quite scary at times.
