The state gave me a legitimate personality test before I went to court for my case and I lied through the whole thing with what I felt were the "right" answers. I denied hurting people and animals because its a felony in my state and I have too many felonies on my record as it is. They still recommended cognitive behavior therapy, which changed me a little bit even though I was sugar coating to the T because I was afraid she would snitch if I said too much. I wanted to get off the hook A.S.A.P. and I did. I was honest in these, as honest as I could be, since I hope or at least I felt like no government agency was going to see it. I never saw the results of my government funded personality test and I lied through my teeth to the psychologist who gave it to me.
I think its funny they said that about NPD

which is weird I don't consider myself a Narc at all, my current DX from the psychiatrist even says BPD.

I was a victim of narcissistic abuse from a sexual partner before and it was traumatizing, we wanted to kill each other when it was all said and done.
I like people that are somewhat similar to me, but I can't take being around people are too similar to me.

"This town ain't big enough for the both of us." - so you wont catch me 'round these parts much cowboy.
