If I get to sleep at night I alwasy think, oh darn, it's morning. Then I put on my Glasses and my slippers and get up to get the kids off to school.
If I have worked all night, then I wake up numerous times during the day and have to orient myself as to why I am in bed, how long I have been sleeping and then calsulate how much longer I should sleep so I am not too tired to stay awake that night when I work.
It doesn't help that I have odd dreams during the day that give me panic attacks while I sleep!
