When I have problem sleeping, I find that if I try to force myself to sleep, it get worse. However, if I mentally accept the fact that I am going to be up and might as well ake good use of the time being awake (like reading a book, working on project, etc.), my anxiety lessens and sleep comes faster.
Right now, I am anxious and I know I will be up for awhile. So, I am browsing the forum seing if I can help others tonight. -
