I've gone through phases like this. I was also put on stimulants to help. My doctors suspected I was not going into a deep enough sleep to get past the dream stage (they did explain this in a more professional manner but that was the gist of it). Eventually it passed, but I did use sleeping tablets and antipsychotics to help with getting into a deeper sleep. I also had a strict sleep/wake routine and made sure I was tired out every day so that my body needed the sleep. I remember how annoying it was so I feel for you!

Im not sure what the medical care is like in your country but can you get booked in to do a sleep study? They might be able to provide some answers for you. I was always too anxious (and poor) to take this step.

Another idea might be parsosin, I was on this at a different stage for nightmares and it worked a treat, you'd have to ask your doctor but it may help with too many dreams too.

I hope you find something that works for you!
