been thru this some a bit and birthmom struggled with it all her life. Usu just push food away when I can and start moving, however I'm able. Enjoy nature and music and my dog. Feel better and sometimes thinking of how much better I feel helps, but not always. My mother did not do well with this, and one of my sis now struggling, so I know it's hard. My mom, anyway, I think was really rebelling, don't know if this is your case. It was sad for those who loved her, but this is the life she preferred, so there was nothing we could do. I still loved her anyway and tried to avoid the "food" issue, except to give her a little comfort and distraction every now and then. she did better a little while when she would eat what I fixed her, after talking to nutritionist. The best to you. Oh and btw, now and then I still want pizza, ice cream, and a nice drink or beer, and as long as I've been good the rest of the time, enjoy the heck out of it! Tastes even better! Tho I have another sis who can't touch sugary, fried stuff, or alcohol, as she can't moderate. Just depends on who you are, but I sure do wish you the best. Feel free to seek out forums, stay in touch, etc.
