Well here's Merriam-Webster's definition of sane:

having a healthy mind : able to think normally
based on reason or good judgment : rational or sensible

forget the first past, that would be hard to prove or disprove BUT the second part, based on reason or good judgment : rational or sensible. Seriously, know any one that can always do that?
