On Tuesday I am going to start working with a new T. Here is the problem: where do I begin? I mean I have been through sooooo much in my 39 years that I wouldn't know where to start.

From anyone's experience do you let T talk and ask questions first or do you just jump right in and start with a first memory or something else all together?
