I'm interested in the simple use of charms to promote healing and clairvoyance. I am thinking a small rose quartz on a necklace and charging it with clear water in a stone bowl for three days in the light might be effective. I've tried crystal elixers and had success. The most effective was seven hours in a glass cup filled with well water, with quartz in direct sunlight. I also used gemstones. It inspired me to write a poem. It infused me with energy and fairie and elf communication.
