My dr added topomax to my mix in April, I haven't actually noticed anything with it except maybe its the reason I'm not gaining any weight on my saphris (though saphris is supposed to be less likely to cause weight gain than the other APs, so I've been told). I don't notice any cognitive issues with it that weren't already going on prior to taking it.
