I saw on the ADHD forums that some people self medicate with caffeine pills or coffee when their stimulant conks out after years of taking it (i know nothing about this or if its even true i dont know)
So what i've realized, is that even though caffeine is the most consumed drug in the world with like 90% of Americans drinking coffee every day, 90% of those people just drink coffee in the morning to fight the "anti caffeine" that makes them tired which builds up in their body because they.. drink coffee at the same time every day..
Coffee doesn't effect me. But it does in bulk. like 10 cups which is equal to a strong cup of potent instant coffee = like a cup for a normal person. And somehow i LOVE the taste of something so horrid for most people.
But I can't do that every day because i would feel tired when i don't take it and when I do, i would feel like an addict.
So what pattern of days should coffee be taken to not build a tolerance does anyone know? And I posted the same in the medications section of PC.
And don't tell me everyone just does it for the taste because some people can't live with out it. they're completely hooked.. like my parents..
