Try asking them what they think about the research you found, even take a copy in with you. You should maybe even look into reading this book called "Adult ADD: the Complete Handbook" by David B. Sudderth, M.D. & Joseph Kendel, M.D.. It's alittle dated as the copyright is 1997 but there are some good tips in it on how to speak with your doctor... or if you looked on here I'm sure there might be a blog posting for ways to speak to a doctor.
