If you do I'll gladly read it! I'm so glad I joined this site, over the last few years I was starting to think I wasn't really ADD. All the problems I was having were "normal" but I know now that as "normal" as they seem they can build up in a person with ADD.

I also think I'm learning more about what I can and can't handle, why I do the things that I do and how I handle things. It's really amazing and refreshing to get all this clarity by just joining a message board.
