The change is so dramatic! My memory is still flaky and I can't listen to attentively (well, much better now), but when it comes down to sit down and take notes for hours on end, I've gone from a 2/10 to an 9.5/10!

I still have ADHD but 90% of my discomfort with it was with concentration that disrupted my reading and studying, but now it's completely gone. It's pretty amazing. My pdoc said he wants to let me know how it progresses as he's never encountered anything like this before.
Well, they say nobody ever really out grows it. I'm better today then when I was in my teens. I was on Adderall once the Ritalin "stopped working" and I stopped talking the medication around the age 19-20. That's why I haven't actively gone to great trouble to find help for my ADD. Till now and it's just because my life has changed. I also went through something like what you talking about at the time too. I hated reading when I was a kid, you couldn't get me to pick up a book but I just decided one day that I was going to read a 300+ page paperbook. I did and I love reading now. Maybe it's just how we face our day to day problems.
