The title sums it up for me, too. It starts to feel like a vicious cycle.
I hope being here on PC may help ease some of the loneliness for you. It does for me. Sometimes. Interacting online helps a little for me, too, as I have trouble working up the energy to go anywhere. As gayleggg said, never give up.
