Subconsious, physiological. Either way, how do we, myself, included, stop the physical manifestations of anxiety, when clearly, the mind is calm and not in panic?
Should have seen me in court, the other day, after reading my exes typed up, probably from his attorney, affidavit. Was it anxiety or rage??
My body did settle down, but um, it was visible, that I was shaking.
Breathing exercises don't seem to do the trick, do they? Are you prescribed any anti-anxiety meds?
